About HONK
The opinion: channels are ingredients, outcomes are the product, and an agency that invoices you for ingredients has quietly stopped being on your side. Everything else about HONK — the goose included — follows from that.

Why this kind of company, of all things
We kept meeting the same company: millions in revenue, work sold through appointments, a headcount you could fit in one van — and a marketing setup held together by the owner's Sunday nights. Too big for the local freelancer. Too small — and far too odd — for the big agencies, who'd parachute in a strategy deck written for a retailer and never once ask what an appointment converts at.
A business whose product is an appointment, whose average ticket is a car, and whose best leads arrive after closing time doesn't need “digital marketing.” It needs an agency built for exactly that shape. So we built one, and then organized the whole company around it.

The goose, since you were going to ask
Because a goose is what follow-up feels like when it's done right: loud, cheerful, completely unembarrassed, and physically incapable of forgetting you exist. Gary is our AI receptionist — he answers every lead in under a minute, around the clock, and he's the only member of the team allowed to write in the margins of this website. He's software. The honking is a metaphor. The booked consultations are not.
He's also the fastest way to judge us: let him call you and decide in two minutes whether we build things properly.

The nest
The kettle works, the goose is friendly, and Trevor has strong opinions about your lead flow. Or skip the trip — the twenty minutes works fine down a phone line.
No pitch deck. No retainer talk on call one.
Twenty minutes with a human. Bring leads per month, average job, locations open — you leave knowing what the leak costs and what fixing it is worth, before you've spent a dollar.
